Rules
- Accommodation will only be provided to guests who are registered.
- Guests are provided with a room key upon arrival and registration at the apartments.
- Please store all valuable items and money in the safety box in your room , otherwise we will not deem itself responsible in case of loss.
- To take good care of items and rooms foreseen for common use by guests.
- It is not allowed to disturb other guests.
- Check-out time is 10:00 o’clock AM. The extension of the stay in the room may be granted upon approval of the apartment management or through an appropriate day-use fee (until 6:00 PM), subject to availability. After 6:00 PM, an additional nightly charge will be applied with a 50% increase. We reserve the right to deny the guest an extension of stay based on the original reservation if there is a justified reason.
- It is forbidden to bring into the apartments flammable materials, explosives or firearms.
- Damage done to the apartment, guests must make up for in full.
- Visitors in the apartments are permitted only upon approval and registration at the management. (leaving an identity card).
- We may deny further accomodation to a guest who does not comply with the house rules.
